Bookkeeping / Accounting Support

The hired individual will be trained in a variety of company daily tasks
Below is a the key areas that the candidate will support:

Bookkeeping

Utilize computer program SAGE Accounting Software
Enter incoming Sales Orders
Prepare Invoices
Enter Payables
Monthly Bank / Credit Card reconciliation
Prepare Past Due account statements
Follow up with past due acounts via phone
Process Credit Card payments


Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of Sage Accounting Software (or similar) preferred

Starting pay is based upon qualifications and experience: $14 - $16
